Although ordering something made to measure or custom-made could seem dangerous, did you know that the “failure” rate for ordering custom clothing online is much lower than that of ordering ready-made items? It is real! It’s because we don’t mass produce each item and instead manufacture it slowly. We are a skilled team of pattern makers and dressmakers and that gives us a strong chance of pleasing you with the fit and quality of our clothing.
What if it doesn’t fit, though?
Our Happiness Guarantee comes into play here. We are dedicated to making you happy. If your garment doesn’t fit, we will ask you to ship it back to us and we will alter it. We will work with you to arrange a solution, which may include a complete remake if the garment cannot be altered or the original garment has a quality problem.
What if there’s another issue?
If there is another issue such as quality or wrong order, we’ll get a solution to ensure your happiness. If you receive the wrong garment, for example, we will work to get the correct order sent quickly.
Is there any fine print?
Yes, but only a bit and we think you’ll find the terms reasonable:
- Problems with your order must be reported within 14 days after delivery.
- Refunds are limited to 60% of the product price and will be returned to your credit card or eft payment if received within 30 days after delivery. If received after 30 days, refund will be issued as store credit.
- Refunds will not be issued if receipt is received beyond 90 days after delivery.
