Manufacturing Time:
Custom-Make takes time and we want your order to be 110% perfect.
Garments may take 5 to 21 working days (1-4 weeks) for creation and shipping, depending on the complexity of the garment/s. Please remember: this is not fast fashion, it’s completely made-to-measure and made-to-order, meaning that a brand new article of clothing is created from scratch exactly to fit you! It didn’t exist in a warehouse somewhere before you ordered it. This is ultimately better for you giving you perfectly fitted custom clothing.
Delivery Time:
Each Clothing Item is custom made to size and colour. We strictly work on a First Come First Serve Basis. For this reason please allow 5 – 21 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for manufacturing.

- Door to Door Delivery – R120
(2 to 5 working days)
Collect your parcels anywhere in South Africa at over 2000 points
- Pep Paxi Courier – R60
(7 to 10 working days) – R60
Collect your parcel from your nearest Pep Stores
As soon as your Clothing Item is sent, you will receive your tracking number.
Please note: If you prefer delivery via Postnet, make sure you give us the correct address and contact details for that specific Postnet branch. We only use Postnet Store to Store delivery. We do not use Postnet Store to Door delivery.
